Hi, Iâm Ali Shah, the founder of CompareSeeds.
I built this site for one simple reason: I was tired of vague health advice and âsuperfoodâ claims with no clear comparison behind them.
If youâve ever searched something like chia seeds vs flax seeds or which seed has more protein, youâve probably noticed how hard it is to find clean, side-by-side data.
Thatâs what CompareSeeds is for.
Our mission
CompareSeeds exists to provide clear, data-based seed comparisons without hype, exaggeration, or miracle claims.
- Evidence-based nutritional info
- USDA and reputable nutrition database references
- Practical comparisons you can actually use
- Simple explanations - no unnecessary complexity
Why seeds?
Seeds are some of the most nutrient-dense foods you can keep in your kitchen. Theyâre affordable, easy to store, and ridiculously useful when you know what youâre doing.
But not all seeds are equal. Some are higher in protein. Some are richer in omegaâ3s. Some are better for specific goals.
