Founder of CompareSeeds

Hi, I’m Ali Shah. Building healthy, sustainable habits starts with good data. I hold a degree in Dietetics and have spent the last 5 years as an independent Nutrition Researcher focused on plant-based dietary foundations.

I built this site for one simple reason: I was tired of vague health advice and “superfood” claims with no clear, evidence-based comparisons behind them.

If you’ve ever searched something like chia seeds vs flax seeds or which seed has more protein, you’ve probably noticed how hard it is to find clean, side-by-side clinical data without a sales pitch.

That’s what CompareSeeds is for.

Our mission

CompareSeeds exists to provide clear, data-based seed comparisons without hype, exaggeration, or miracle claims.

Why seeds?

Seeds are some of the most nutrient-dense foods you can keep in your kitchen. They’re affordable, easy to store, and ridiculously useful when you know what you’re doing.

But not all seeds are equal. Some are higher in protein. Some are richer in omega‑3s. Some are better for specific goals.
